Betsy Beads - Color it Yours
Second in the series of Betsy Beads Projects. Both the 'Color It Yours Scarf/Belt' and the 'Precious Hoops Earrings' will be covered in class. Various beading techniques will be practiced: bead chart reading, stop bead, beading in a lace pattern, as well as attaching fringe and the overcast stitch.

Afghan Square of the Month (novice knitters)
This class is for those who know how to knit and purl and would like to learn more. Each month a new square and new techniques will be taught. Participants are welcome to do one square or many.
Instructor: Nancy Hershey Cost: $10.00 plus materials
Date: Fourth Tuesday of each month April 23 6:30--8:30 PM
Materials: Book, size 7 or 8 needle, one skein worsted weight yarn per square

Norwegian Baby Sweater (experienced knitters)
This is a two session class which teaches bottom-up sweater construction that is seamless. Chart reading and fair isle color technique will be taught. There is home to do before the first sesson. Magic loop or double pointed needles work for this pattern that is knitted in the round.

Materials: Pattern, DK or sport weight yarn, needles to make gauge, stitch markers
